Endeavour Wealth Stock Market Challenge: Undergraduate Edition

The Endeavour Wealth Stock Market Challenge is open to all post-secondary schools in Manitoba. This competition is a great opportunity for students who are over 18 across all majors to get their feet wet with investing in the financial markets.


Students are given $100,000 in virtual money to invest for three months and there will be prizes awarded to the students with the top 4 returns.


The competition is designed for undergraduate students who are over 18 to gain experience with live markets over the period of three months. The goal is to get students to start thinking about investing and the power of compound interest. Each participant starts out with $100,000 in Virtual Money and the goal is to get the highest return possible during the competition

All prize money is in Canadian dollars and will be distributed after the competition.


  1. Each participant will start with $100,000.

  2. Late Entry is allowed (participants can join in at anytime).

  3. The minimum purchase price of a stock is $1.

  4. Short-selling, option trading, and the use of levered ETF’s will not be permitted in the competition.

  5. Cash interest 1%.

  6. Commission of $19.99 will be charged for each limit, market, or stop trade.

  7. Participants may make an unlimited number of trades during the competition with a minimum of one trade per quarter.
